In 1997, my wife and I found probably about a million 'spring peepers' (frogs) in our pool, and the water was a dark brown, almost black. First, we went to another dealer who kept selling us more and more chemicals to put in our pool but nothing worked. After a few days with no changes, I came to Aquarius. I explained our problem to Pam, and she suggested that we try a new DE filter. She said that she would loan a filter to us at no charge to see if it helped the situation before we purchased one. Without even knowing us or taking a name or anything, Pam let us borrow a filter to see if it worked. She didn't try to sell us the filter or anything. She just wanted us to get this problem resolved. After four days, the water cleared up and we came back and bought a new filter. My wife and I have been coming back to Aquarius ever since. I mean, you can't beat it. Where else is someone going to loan you a filter without even knowing your name? I don't even look anywhere else anymore, because I know that I'll have the best prices, excellent customer service, and top-quality products. I love Aquarius, and you can't get any better than Gene and Pam!
